The gallery on the first floor of Manchester Town Hall is one of our ongoing exhibits that gets changed every three months. The gallery can be viewed anytime the Manchester Town Hall is open. The exhibit may also be viewed online in our virtual gallery. Etcetera includes any medium that is not pastel, oil, acrylic, watercolor, or photography.
